Buying Material with West Michigan Flooring

Come visit our show room located in Holland, MI. Our consultants are more than happy to help you find a floor that compliments your project.
You may check out our samples for 7 days free of cost.
Send us your measurements
We offer a free measurement consultation with our skilled installer. He will take measurements of your space and go over the details of the installation with you.
Approve estimate
After measuring you will receive a material estimate via email from West Michigan Flooring. We will send you the material invoice after you approve your estimate.
Ordering your flooring
In-Store: By cash or check
Online: Follow the secured payment link included in your material invoice.

Delivery & Pick Up
Your flooring will arrive at our warehouse within 7 - 15 days. Once it arrives, we will contact directly to schedule material pick up.

Free Measurement
You are welcome to use flooring that you've already shopped for or come visit our showroom! We offer a free measurement consultation with our skilled installer. Our installer will inform you on the installation process and details for your project.
Receive an Estimate
After measuring, you will receive your installation estimate from Modern Flooring
Approve & Schedule
Once you're ready to move forward, simply confirm the estimate via email or call us! After confirming, we will schedule your project on the next date available.
You will receive your installation date from tonymodernflooring@gmail.com.
Installation
Our skilled installer and his assistant will arrive on the agreed date to begin your flooring transformation. We handle everything with care and precision for a flawless result.
Final Touches & Invoice
Once the flooring project has been completed, Modern Flooring will send you an invoice via email.
