Samantha Lopez played a key role in the establishment of West Michigan Flooring, contributing to the development of the company’s structure, hiring process, and administrative systems. Though now based in Seattle, Washington, Samantha remains a committed part of the team—offering guidance, support, and strategic insight whenever needed. Her organizational skills, professionalism, and leadership continue to positively impact the business behind the scenes.

Marco Lopez III is a valued member of the West Michigan Flooring team, assisting with on-site installations and actively training under experienced professionals.

As a second-generation member of the Lopez family, Marco is dedicated to learning the craft with care, precision, and respect for the trade.

Karina Oyett Lee leads the marketing and brand design efforts at West Michigan Flooring, overseeing all visual communication, digital strategy, and customer engagement.
